The project scope also includes the construction of transit stations within the Heritage and Loma Verde areas of the Otay Ranch Master Plan Community. Additional components of the project involve underground utilities, storm drainage and storm water systems, recreational path restoration, pedestrian ramps, energy efficient street lighting, fiber optic communications, and traffic signal interconnect systems. The South Bay Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), Segment 1B Project is Pulice’s first project with SANDAG.
